Venue: The Sarvanga Yoga Studio, in Holme Grange Village, Wokingham, Berkshire

Hosted by Reiki Master Kate Mellish, this is the Foundation course where you will receive four attunements to Reiki healing energy in person. These free the flow of Reiki within you, opening you up to your innate healing ability and raising your energetic frequency. You will learn about the history of Reiki and your place in lineage to Dr Usui, and learn how to give a full Reiki treatment to both yourself and others. You will also learn how to scan the body for energy blockages and how to protect and maintain your own energetic field. A full manual is provided via PDF for your reference.​​​​​​​​
