Feeling overwhelmed, tense, or overstimulated?
Your nervous system might be asking for a reset, and even 2–3 minutes can make a difference.
Here are two gentle practices you can do anywhere:
✨ 1. Progressive Muscle Relaxation
A simple way to release stored tension:
• Inhale and gently tense one muscle group (hands, shoulders, legs).
• Exhale and fully let it go.
• Move through the body slowly, section by section.
• Notice the warmth and softness returning.
It’s a grounding way to calm your mind by relaxing your body.
✨ 2. A 30-Second Calming Pause
Try this if you need a quick reset:
• Unclench your jaw
• Drop your shoulders
• Slow your exhale
• Notice one thing you can see, hear, and feel
A tiny moment of re-centering can shift your whole day.
✨ Reminder: You don’t have to “push through.”
Rest is productive. Your body deserves safety, softness, and space.
