• Inhale and gently tense one muscle group (hands, shoulders, legs).
• Exhale and fully let it go.
• Move through the body slowly, section by section.
• Notice the warmth and softness returning.

It’s a grounding way to calm your mind by relaxing your body.

Try this if you need a quick reset:
• Unclench your jaw
• Drop your shoulders
• Slow your exhale
• Notice one thing you can see, hear, and feel

As often as you want! Weekly, monthly or twice a year. Prevention is much easier than treating an injury once it’s occurred.

➡️ Acute injury
When treating an acute injury, it’s recommended to book 1-2 times a week for quick relief.

➡️ Chronic injury or dysfunction
Book once every 4-6 weeks to maintain progress and prevent any further injury or dysfunction.

🦵Quad Stretch Relief 🦵

Been sitting a lot this week? Your quads (front of your thighs) can get tight from long hours at a desk - which can lead to hip and lower back tension too. Here’s a simple stretch you can do anywhere 👇

1️⃣ Stand tall and hold onto a chair or wall for balance.

2️⃣ Bend your right knee and bring your heel towards your bum.

3️⃣ Grab your ankle and gently pull it closer until you feel a stretch in the front of your thigh.

4️⃣ Keep your knees close together and your hips facing forward.

5️⃣ Hold for 30-45 seconds, breathing slowly.

6️⃣ Switch sides.

Don’t force the stretch — keep it gentle and steady, never bouncing.
