Deciding to see a counsellor to seek help and make changes in your life, or start working towards feeling better and living more fully can be a daunting and difficult choice to make. Based in Wokingham, Berkshire, I am a fully qualified therapist with a First Class Honours Degree in Integrative Humanistic Counselling. My training and experience is in Person-Centred Counselling, Existentialism and

Gestalt Therapy. I am also a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance, so you can be assured of my commitment to provide an ethical and regulated practice. If you feel that I could be the right counsellor for you, please contact me to ask any questions you may have or to arrange an initial appointment. Generally the first session will involve getting to know each other and discussing what you want from counselling. It is also an opportunity for you to 'off load' your troubles for perhaps the first time that you have felt able. If after this initial session you feel that you wish to continue, we can arrange between us a second appointment and see each other either weekly or fortnightly thereafter depending on what you prefer. We could alternatively book several sessions over the coming weeks, if you choose to do this a discount is available when paid for in advance.
