This Week at Sarvāṅga 🌿
Mid-August invites us to pause and reflect – to notice what we’ve been nurturing in our practice and in our lives, and to gently gather the lessons, energy, and stillness we’ve cultivated so far this summer.
On the mat this week, you’ll find our familiar rhythm of hatha, flow, restorative, and moving meditation classes, each offering space to balance the warmth of the season with moments of calm.
During August ur midweek "Family Yoga" continues, creating a joyful space for children and grown-ups to connect, move, and play together. We also have an outdoor "Slow Down on the Lawn" session on Tuesday evening whilst the warm evenings are still with us.
Whether you come to energise, to rest, or to simply breathe more deeply, this week is about tuning into the quieter rewards of practice – the ones that grow within and carry us forward.
