Here are just a few ways to improve your own:
✔ Sit upright at a table or a desk when you’re working & make sure your head isn’t tilting up or down when looking at your computer
✔ Get up and move every 30 minutes to allow your spine to decompress
✔ Strengthen your core to take pressure off your back by doing activities such as pilates or yoga
