Today was a good day 🤍
Walking up to Scan without crutches felt like such a quiet but powerful milestone. This little grey Connemara has been part of my healing journey — gentle physio, soft stretches, calm energy.
Moments like this remind me how far I’ve come… and how special the bond between horse and human can be 🐴✨

Am very lucky to share that one of my very lovely neighbour’s Chiara is also helping me on my rehabilitation journey 💞💞💞. She offers one to one sessions in arborfield and loves focussing on rehabilitation and balance - a perfect combo 🥰💕❤️

Can’t believe Virtue and I have been selected for our first European Championships together in the Young Rider Team being held in Austria 🇦🇹. So excited and honoured to represent my country at a major championship. Incredibly grateful to the selectors for the opportunity.

Well done Oliver Gould Dressage ❤️❤️

Just returned from a lengthy trip to Somerford Park Premier League. 🥉

Virtue was on top form, scoring 69.9% and finishing 3rd in the Young Rider Team test. A silly rider error after our half pass kept us from reaching 70, but we’re making progress each time.

Looking forward to giving it our best shot at Wellington CDI.
