A final reminder that the deadline for the YASS is today at 5pm! 🎨🎨🎨

For children aged 4 to 18 living and studying in the UK.

There is no theme for the competition - you can choose a piece from art class that your child is proud of or something that they have done at home.

It's free to submit and their piece could be shown at the Royal Academy as well as winning a prize!

They would just need to add a short description about their piece.

You can register and submit through https://youngartists.royalacademy.org.uk/ . Once you register, if you are a current student of Arty Class, you can select our School - It's the third one down, 'Arty class ltd'.

Do let me know if you submit a piece - I'd love to see them!

I haven't done much promotion this term, it's seemed like a whirlwind and already almost half term! I only ordered a few leaflets initially so my first batch is almost gone from last year, I've ordered a few more this time!

Comment below if you'd recommend any good areas in Wokingham and Reading to leaflet drop!

Ready for today's art class 😅 Can you guess which painting we are basing our piece on?

Each week I'm amazed by these young Artspires, did you know when I asked my 5 to 8 year olds if they'd heard of this artist or recognised the painting, around half of them said yes! (Not the expected response!!) And fortunately, in case you are wondering, they didn't base it off my socks!!
