Fairly pleasant easy paced early morning half this morning 🏃‍♀️‍➡️ followed by a lovely long afternoon walk with Mum and the doggo 🐶 followed by eating my bodyweight in roast dinner and home made crumble (sorry don't do photos of food...it doesn't last long enough! 😂) 😋 pretty successful day really 😊

Super slow 10 miler today, trying and not completely succeeding at a zone 2 run. Didn't help that I chose a trail route! Body feels strong though 💪🏼
