🫚 GINGER ESSENTIAL OIL 🫚

Ginger is essential oil of the month over at nealsyardremedies (with 15% off throughout December). What could be a more fitting and warming oil for the festive season 🎄

This stimulating and supportive oil is a firm favourite in my essential oil kit due to its range of benefits, as well as being free from contraindications. It’s strong aroma is not for everyone through and it is hasn’t been given a lot of love in clinic recently!

Key benefits include supporting digestion, relieving musculoskeletal aches and pains and boosting circulation (slide 2). It pairs well with other spices and citrus oils to create a beautiful and uplifting Christmas blend (check out my winter spice diffuser blend on slide 3).

🌸 Cleansing Balm 🌸

One of the things I love most about being an aromatherapist is being able to make my own natural skincare products 💕.

This cleansing balm is my absolute favourite. It’s rich and moisturising and literally melts into the skin. Oh and did I mention it smells good too 😀.

I usually switch the recipe up each time I make it, but this one has got grape seed oil, shea butter, jojoba, arnica and pomegranate oils and essential oils of sweet orange and geranium 🍑.

✨ Treatment Room Upgrade ✨

There was another exciting delivery in the cabin this weekend. This time it was the arrival of my new massage couch!

I’m absolutely in love 💕! The couch is nice and wide, so plenty of room for stretching out in comfort and super padded and soft. I gave it a little road test between clients earlier, I think this will be a regular occurrence now 😀😴💤
