✨ 2 Years Qualified as a Clinical Aromatherapist ✨

Today marks 2 years since I qualified as a clinical aromatherapist, and I’m so thankful of how far this journey has taken me since. From starting Lunar Rose Aromatherapy, continuing my professional development, to supporting so many wonderful women who have been to visit me in the cabin 🌿

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has trusted me, supported my small business, booked treatments, bought products or simply cheered me on along the way.

Here’s to growth, intention and continuing to do work I truly love 💕

Today was about connection 🤍

Connection to learning, to shared values, and to the people behind the work.

Working as a solo therapist can sometimes feel quite lonely, so it was really uplifting to spend the day at a Neal’s Yard Remedies training event — connecting with other like-minded practitioners and deepening my understanding of some of the products I use in my holistic facial treatments.

It was a lovely reminder that even in independent work, we’re still part of something bigger ✨

The essential oils I gently steer my clients towards are selected for their therapeutic action and for how they support the nervous system, the body, and the mind as a whole. The beautiful aroma is a bonus 🌸.

My work is for women who want to feel more grounded and less depleted.

It’s not about fixing or doing more.
