🧠Did you know...your hips control a lot of your movement. Tight hips can not only lead to poor flexibility but also, can lead to lowet back pain, knee issues and even poor balance.

All of these can impact the way you exercise/train so look after them and make them happy by coming in for a massage with us!! ✨️

🧠 Did you know...tight muscles can compress nerves and cause pain in completely different areas of the body? (E.g. neck tightness causing arm/hand numbness).

As therapists we are taught to not just work where the pain is. Instead, work along the lines of the nerves running deep to tight or unhappy muscles.

This has been a huge success for a lot of our clients over the years🙌.

Top Tip- if you can't put a finger on exactly where your pain is, there is a good chance the nerves are being impacted too😖.

Good News 🤗

Starting in August, James will have a few slots on SATURDAY MORNINGS 🌄 😀

This will hopefully allow more of you to find times which work in your schedule to come in and look after your body.

Can't do the morning?? No problem at all because from 11:30am Laurel will be in clinic for the rest of the day to manage all aches and pains🫡

To everyone who voted for us, we'd both like to thank you for your support and kindness. We really do only do this job because of you guys, and winning this award has only reminded us how lucky we are to do what we do.

It was an honour to even be nominated, let alone go through to the regional finals and win it! Just goes to show how awesome all of you are 😎
