Having incredible Women in every area of my life is one of the most important things to me 💖

I'm super privileged to be able to support Women to reconnect back to themselves and use that remembering to nourish and nurture themselves.

My passion has and will always be to encourage change so Women feel empowered to create and live a life they love.

It feels heavy alot of the time at the moment but our collective energy and belief in the feminine and a different way of being will continue to ripple out to bring about change 💖

Taking time to live aligned with your energy, being aware of how you feel & when you feel it, aligned with the seasons, the moon and your cycles.

Imbolc means in the navel/belly, so it's immediately obvious that it is a celebration of expectant life. Signalling the beginning of new life, the promise of renewal & hidden potential.
It marks a shift, all be it a gentle one, in our seasons (we are well aware how quickly winter can sweep back in!)
We are at the halfway point between Winter Solstice & Spring Equinox.

Listen to the inner guidance, wisdom & inner tuition you have nurtured throughout the darkest part of our year & tune into the energy of potential spring will bring.

Time to release what you need to, to let go of the past & look to the future.
With a full moon in Leo today the perfect time to ask yourself what you're ready to let go of to make space for the future you have been dreaming of ✨️ . Leo energy gives you courage & confidence to start to make things happen.

Another reminder of how cyclical we are, how connected we are to nature's cycles, a fresh opportunity to nurture our dreams & desires before birthing them in Spring.

You may start to feel stirrings in yourself, notice those.
Give yourself time to connect with that inward movement of energy.

What do you feel motivated to manifest?
What ideas & visions feel right to nurture?
Take some time for quiet reflection & notice any guidance from your intuition.

You may want to create an Imbolc altar or space. Gather some symbols from nature, snowdrops, blackberrys or willow.
Light a candle, draw in the energy of goddess Brigid, maybe using citrine to represent the Sun & abundance as well as an essential oil such as Peppermint or Lemon for focus or Frankincense or Cedar Wood to ground & connect with your energy.

Another turn in the wheel of our year 🍂🍁🍂

Autumn Equinox or Mabon represents balance – day and night of equal length – the harvest is almost complete – traditionally a time for giving thanks for what the earth has produced for us, nature’s abundance.

A time for you to celebrate what you have achieved over the summer months, before drawing your energy inwards.

Equinoxes prepare us for a change in the earth’s energy.

The days begin to shorten, the leaves start to change colour & fall from the trees, any jobs that are outside need to be completed.

Equinoxes represent a time to take a pause, a time for reflection and a time to go within.
This is the beginning of our root or base energy to bring rest and renewal.

The energy associated with the autumn equinox gives us a chance to stop and adjust to the changing season, whilst celebrating natures abundance.
A time for us to show gratitude for all the abundance we have in our lives - open your heart and increase the flow of love and abundance in to your life.

The cooler weather and shorter days will soon be with us and traditionally preparations for the winter were made at pace around autumn equinox (gathering the harvest).

This is the start of a transition for us as well nature - a time that brings rest and renewal, a chance to go within and connect with our root energy.
To plant seeds which will be nurtured through the winter months ready to emerge in the spring.

As you prepare to take your energy inwards, you may also want to cleanse your living space and give away what is no longer relevant.

Just as the seasons do, we need a balance between our inner and outer world, just like the earth we need this to lay strong foundations and any seeds planted now will emerge in the Spring💖

I find when I'm busy, I sometimes fall off the ritual wagon. Which we know is when we need our tools the most.

It never ceases to amaze me how wonderful, centred, aligned & heard I feel when I engage in ritual.
This can look different at different times, but when I want ceremony with ritual, I love using tools such as sage, crystals, journaling, moon magick & essential oils.
A space to pause & BE present in the moment.
I like to reflect & digest on the moon, the planets & the season, as I find it always reflects & provides answers for how I am feeling. There is no such thing as coincidence!

There's a lot of energy in the skies here to break things up, to remind us to let go of what isn't in alignment for us.

We often busy ourselves so much that we can't hear the messages from our soul.
Rituals allow us to just allow those messages to come in. We don't need to act on it just now. Intention may simply mean acknowledging how you feel & why, to open your soul to your true wants & needs.

We celebrate Lammas tomorrow, midway point between summer solstice & autumn equinox. A time of gratitude to give thanks for natures abundance, as the active growth energy of earth starts to slow down. A time to start to gather your harvest, to think about what you need to prepare for autumn.

We're also in a period of energy where clearing old patterns opens up incredible manifesting potential 💖

Take some time over the next few days to pause, to listen, to ask yourself what you need, what your soul desires💖

I’ve spent a lot of time over the last few months working with women on either energy healing and guidance or energy healing, specifically womb healing sessions.
I’m always looking for a sign! And this is it for me!

I am beyond grateful that Women continue to choose me to do this work with them and I am also beyond convinced that there is a place for it.

Things are shifting, energy is moving and Women are becoming so much more attuned to this. We intuitively know what doesn't feel good for our energy, what we need to shift, what we need to bring more of in.
Women are feeling into where their energy has not been flowing freely & the reasons behind this.

This isn’t about fixing, rather remembering, realigning and reconnecting to all that you already have within.

Energy healing is the tool which often reawakens what it is you need from within, showing you where you have been disconnected to self, perhaps believing the stories you are told or tell yourself, which keep us from shining.

Energy healing reminds us that there will be many versions of self as we grow, evolve & shed layers of self to continue to move towards and grow into who we were always meant to be.

This knowledge is within you, it always has been, sometimes we just need someone to walk beside us to remind us how to access it.

Energy healing supports you to find your own truth through your own journey. The sessions I have curated are designed to support you with this, bespoke to you.

Utilising the guidance element of the sessions or engaging in a longer term program help you to thoroughly explore your connection to your energy, offering you ways to bring energy work in to your day to day life 💖

The mountain goat, who isn’t scared of the rocky & uncertain terrain that is often in front of it. A reminder that we cannot always wait for the perfect path in front of us ad we cannot always be sure of how that path might look ahead of us, but if we start by taking small steps in the general direction that we want to go the path will become clearer eventually.
Capricorn is future focussed, be aware of anything that is shaking at the foundations, this is a sign to let that crumble and fall away so you can rebuild with authenticity as you want to.
Nothing that is meant for you will pass you by, as wobbly or tested as you might feel under this moon. See it as a helping hand, a guide, a nudge (or shove!) to show you where you have strayed from your truth or what is not meant to be taken with you any longer.

Allow yourself to see what is not working, what is outdated & what structures no longer serve you, as you allow that to fade and fall, you are making space to build new foundations that align with your truth and your values.

With the sun in Cancer, this represents the origin and the moon in Capricorn represents the goal.
Maybe revisit any dreams, desires or intentions you have set, are they still valid?
Do you need to make some adjustments?
Are your foundations solid in order for you to continue on your path?

Allow this moon to be your guide, take some time in nature, allow yourself some time to pause, to see what is no longer working for you and let the moon release any unhelpful or outdated beliefs or structures 💖

Remind yourself there really is no right time, it is time to take even the smallest of steps 💖

A new moon signifies new beginnings, the first moon following solstice ✨
The moon is in her sign 💖 Cancer is a water sign, asking us to reconnect with self inwardly, refamiliarizing yourself with feeling at home within, reminding us that there is no place like home.
This deep connection to self enables a solid foundation on which to set intentions and build dreams.

This is the first new moon following summer solstice, the start of the second half of the year.
How can you move forward in alignment with your energy, your authenticity, with your wants & needs?
The opportunity to reflect on the first half of the year, but being mindful not to be stuck in it. Use the energy as an opportunity to notice perhaps where you do stagnant on what has happened.
Take this as a sign to focus on what you have achieved so far this year.

A new moon is a time of new beginnings, so perfect energy to set intentions taking the above into account 💖

Allow yourself some time to slow down -
💛to notice where you need to nurture parts of yourself you keep hidden
💛to nurture yourself so you feel safe & at home within
💛to reconnect with those vulnerable parts of Self & spend time nourishing your heart
💛where can you rewrite or release past stories in order to move forward with fresh intentions, creating a new relationship within, within your energy systems, nervous system & body
💛to notice anywhere you've lost trust with Self & nurturing that bond once again

I am Reiki Master, Reflexologist and Aromatherapist & I hope my belief in supporting you to manage well-being through the use of holistic therapies resonates with your needs.

My specialist area is supporting women using Reflexology, Reiki, Essential Oils and Meditation to promote a greater and deeper understanding of self and ways in which holistic healing can support you restore balance, relax and reset.

I worked in the public sector for over 15 years with children and families who had multiple complex needs and vulnerabilities. But, I have always had an interest in holistic health and healing and I am now fortunate enough to turn this passion in to a career as a Holistic Therapist.
