Improves posture and helps correct spinal alignment.
Increases spinal mobility and opens the chest and shoulders.
Massages abdominal organs, which can stimulate digestion.
Relieves mild digestive issues and stress

We’ll be including Bharadvajasana.
Focus here on the spine.
The rotation should originate from the spine, not by collapsing one shoulder.

Hi everyone.
Focusing on our hips tonight. Will be including additional poses focusing on the sciatic area.

Including, Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana), which strengthens the back muscles along the spine and the glutes.
By counteracting the effects of prolonged sitting, it helps correct slouching and improves spinal alignment.
Strengthening the back and improving the spine's natural curve can help alleviate lower back pain.

The poses will stretch the hamstrings, hips, and shoulders while strengthening the legs and improving balance.

Emotionally, they are sooth and calm the nerves and emotions.

We’ll also have a look at Jal or Buddhi mudra.
It's believed to be beneficial for balancing the water element within the body.
Therefore helping with hydration and alleviating dryness.
