Reformer Barre Fusion starts Wednesday at 9am.
This class blends standing barre work with the reformer to create a low-impact, high-intensity workout set to upbeat music. Expect small, controlled movements and high repetitions designed to strengthen, tone and lengthen the body.
Inspired by ballet movements and posture, and combined with Pilates and strength training, this class will challenge your muscles in a completely different way while keeping the workout fun and energising.
