I’ve been following Sara Cox with her BBC Children in Need challenge and it inspired me to dust off my running shoes and take out our pup for her first proper run. She aced it and was a great running buddy!

2weeks now of internet trouble. I’m having to drive/walk out of the village to even send appointment reminders. I am regularly going out to check messages but there may be a delay in responding at the moment as it is going off each evening and we never know when it’s coming back on.

Our new doorbell (Marla) has settled in well and will usually let me know when you arrive for your treatment. Izzy is still doing an excellent job of security and leaning but is now almost completely deaf so has stepped down from her role as doorbell! 😄
