It’s been a busy December so I’ll be glad to give my arms, neck, back a rest!

I’m off to have a massage myself at 3.30 and I’ve defintately earned it. 😅

I’m off now till Friday 2nd January, then back at it in full swing.

It’s time to put my student head on. My head is full of quiet reflections of yesterday. Funerals are funny things, a time to celebrate life, a time to mourn the death of a loved one, but also a time to reflect on how much you’ve changed as a person. I saw some old faces I hadn’t seen in 25 years, some by chance, some by design. It made me realise that in these situations we sometimes relate to others as previous versions of ourselves and visa versa. It felt almost like stepping into a Time Machine. It brought up a lot of awkward feelings for me so I’m glad I’m here today at college having some time to talk that through with my cohort.

I’m trying (although I could try much harder!) to be a better version of myself each day, but old patterns keep slipping me up…

Gaining self awareness is hard!

Oh well, tomorrow is another day…

Picked this up to today from college. I must admit to feeling quite proud of myself. A long way to go but knowing I’m further down the path is feeling quite good 😄 I can file is next to my 100 m swimming badge and cycling proficiency 😂

It seems I’m manifesting something I feel very aligned to which is very exciting.

Well I don't know about you but that summer just zipped by! I think we're all preparing to get back into some kind of routine now that the holiday season is over. Time to get back to the gym and hopefully book that massage you've been meaning to sort for the last 6 weeks!

To encourage you to invest in yourself, I'm offering an incentive. If you are a new client or haven't been to see me for 3 months or more, you can book 3 sessions and save yourselves 10% (to be paid in advance before booking).

If you're are a regular client (go you!) I'm re-introducing my loyalty scheme. On your seventh visit, receive a half price treatment. If you have been to see me in July and August, i'll back date those sessions for you.

Wonderful few days seeing mom in Yorkshire, she’s settled into her new care home well and seems to be behaving thankfully 👍 Nice also to spend a couple of days reconnecting with the hubby and enjoying the jewels Yorkshire can offer. A stroll around Hollingsworth lake was just joyous. 😊 Feeling rested and very grateful ❤️
