🎄 Christmas 2025 opening times & Prescription Ordering:
Important Notice
From your local team at Croyland Pharmacy, Wollaston
As the festive season approaches, we kindly remind our patients that:
📅 Our last working day before Christmas will be Wednesday 24th December closed at 1pm.
We will be closed Thursday 25th Dec, Friday 26th Dec and Thursday 1st Jan 2026. Open as usual on days not listed
To help ensure everyone receives their medication in time, we’d really appreciate your support with the following:
💊 Order Repeat Prescriptions Early – Please Don’t Leave It to the Last Minute
GP surgeries will be extremely busy during the festive period.
Please allow an extra 1–2 working days for prescriptions to be issued, and don’t delay placing your request.
⏳ Give Us Time to Prepare Your Medication
Due to significantly higher demand, we will need up to 2 working days to safely prepare prescriptions once they are received from your GP.
📩 Wait for Notification Before Coming In
We kindly ask that you do not phone the pharmacy to check on the status of your prescription, and please do not come in to collect until you receive a text or email confirming it is ready.
This helps us work efficiently and prioritise patient safety.
🕐 Collect Promptly Once Notified
Once you receive a notification, please collect your medication as soon as possible.
Space is very limited at this time of year, and prompt collection helps us manage safely.
