In Level I you will learn about the history and origins of Usui Reiki, receive 4 attunements and placements, chakras, auras, Japanese Reiki Techniques and spiritual practices, hand positions for self treating and others, Byosen scanning, Kenyoku dry bathing, protecting cleansing and grounding yourself, lots of practice time and much much more.
