“This is not forever. You’re not broken. And you are not alone.” 💙

Toni has bravely shared her journey from crisis to recovery, after experiencing psychosis.

Supported by the Trust’s Early Intervention in Psychosis Service, she has made a full recovery and is now working with the Trust as a Lived Experience Consultant, using her insight to influence how care is delivered and understood.

A huge thank you to Toni for her time and sharing her deeply personal story.

Our Fire Safety team hosted West Midlands Fire Service for a two-day CPD event last week at Edward Street Hospital. 👨‍🚒

Together, we explored how fire safety practices differ in mental health hospitals, using hands-on exercises and real examples from our wards. The event helped support WMFS’s auditing work across similar settings. 🔥

"My mom is visibly improving on each visit… it’s an unbelievable place." 💜🏥

This heartfelt thank you message comes from a family member who’s seen first-hand the impact of compassionate care at Malvern.

They’ve felt welcomed during visits and reassured by the progress their loved one is making.

A big thank you to our Older Adults team for delivering such thoughtful and effective support.
