Lack of sleep can affect many areas of life including work, school, driving, and social activities. Getting good quality sleep is important for both our physical and mental wellbeing. 😴

That’s why our Health and Wellbeing Coach, Sarah, is on a mission to help patients improve their sleep. Did you know that Lakeside Medical Centre provides FREE access to this service?

🫶 Sarah can support you to make small, consistent behaviour changes that may help improve your sleep.

You can access up to 6 sessions with the Health and Wellbeing Coach.

National No Smoking Day - Pop‑up at Codsall Community Hub

Everyone Health - Staffordshire will be at the Codsall Community Hub on Wednesday, 11th March, hosting a National No Smoking Day pop‑up from 10am - 12pm.

Their team will be on hand to provide free advice, guidance and information about their FREE Stop Smoking service, supporting anyone who is thinking about quitting!

Drop by the stand to chat with the team and pick up useful resources to support your smoke‑free journey.

You can now book a cervical screening appointment with Embrace if you are aged 25-34.

Cervical screening, which used to be called a smear test, is a test to check the health of the cervix and help prevent cervical cancer. The test, which is not to test for cancer but to help prevent cancer, is offered every five years.

📞Call 01902 444444 and quote “OPEN ACCESS” to book your cervical screening appointment.

Evening slots are available, but these appointment times are popular and get booked quickly. The team will do their best to accommodate you.

📣 £1,000 grants now available to help keep older residents active

Community groups in South Staffordshire can now apply for up to £1,000 to support projects that help residents aged 65+ stay active, independent and connected.

This includes activities such as exercise classes, sports clubs, community groups, wellbeing sessions and more.

From Pain to Possibility - A 10 Step Journey

Are you living with chronic pain? If so, come and meet us at Perton Library to learn new ways to better manage your symptoms.

We are Sarah W (Health and Wellbeing Coach for Seisdon PCN) who will be guiding the discussions, and Sarah J (Care Co-ordinator for Seisdon PCN) who will be co-ordinating the groups.

📆Starting 17th March 2026 - 12.30pm-2.30pm
then the 3rd Tuesday of every month thereafter.
