Yes you can still reach your goal and still enjoy yourself, but you just need to make smarter choices. Most restaurants now have their menus online, so you can always decide what you're having ahead of time without feeling anxious when you're there ๐Ÿคฏ

Everyone is different; some people will enjoy the occasion, eat what they want, and move on, while others will be more self-conscious about what they eat ๐Ÿ˜…

Try reducing your calorie intake from Monday-Friday to allow more food and drink over the weekend ๐Ÿ”

It is not always about losing weight; for example, someone else's goal may be to enjoy a burger/drink without feeling guilty. For some people, this can be a huge psychological accomplishment, just be kind to peoples reasoning and choices ๐Ÿซ‚

I couldn't be happier with the results so far. Becky has been doing online PT with me for the last two and a half months, and we are currently training three times per week for 30 minutes.

Training has been a lot of fun, but that's the easy part; nutrition was always a challenge when we first started. That's the beauty of coaching: you always discuss and review until you find a solution that works for the client.

As a result, she has lost 10 pounds, but notice the difference. The waist has tightened, the stomach has shrunk, and the back has firmed up.

Kept the plan as simple as possible without confusing her. Set her a calorie target for her to eat every day and the weight came of each week. Most importantly she has a much healthier relationship with food, which Iโ€™m really happy about.

Strength and fitness levels improved each week and I made sure the sessions were challenging.

Not the greatest of news that we are heading into another lockdown, but itโ€™s out of our control, all we can do is stay positive.

I canโ€™t be arsed for negative energy, I want to set an example to my clients that goals can still be reached at home. Your mindset is important, keep that fire lit and you will come out of lockdown in a better position ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ

Helping this sexy man get into shape was easy. We tracked and checked in each week and made adjustments if we needed to do.

Lee has a demanding job which allowed him to diet on high calories to begin with and slowly the weight came off. He also trained and does a lot of cycling, which only accelerated his progress.

I didnโ€™t give him a meal plan, I calculated his calorie intake/macro split and allowed him to take control of his food choices.

Just wanted to have a little talk about weight gain. Accept that you will gain fat, thatโ€™s okay, just trust the process.

Donโ€™t be one of those people that chop and change every month, stick to it for 6 months-1 year.
โ€ข
Your performance in the gym will sky-rocket because of the extra calories you are consuming. More energy results in you lifting heavier weights.
โ€ข
Everyone's rate of weight gain will vary, so managing how much you gain each week is important to maximise muscle growth and limit fat gains. Aim for 0.5-2lbs a week.
โ€ข
Just some tips for you to consider:
๐Ÿ”นSmall calorie surplus
๐Ÿ”นProgressive overload
๐Ÿ”นAdequate sleep
๐Ÿ”นCardio on your rest days
๐Ÿ”น10,000-15,000 steps a day(counter productive for some)
