This client came to me after a severe sporting injury. Having had surgery to repair several breaks and ligaments, they later suffered with significant lack of range of motion.

After just a single session, this was the result, enabling a greater range of elbow flexion & extension💪🏼

As a result, I dedicate time to make sure I'm looking after my own body; from a simple recovery walk, to sports performance therapies and sauna sessions.

This client came to me after suffering from headaches and lack of movement in her neck due to the repeated impact from contact sports.

A deep tissue massage and cupping therapy helped to improve movement (darker marks denoting areas of stagnation, mainly in the upper traps).

After a fantastic game of American Football, GB narrowly missed out on the win after a final last minute score from Spain 🏈

I will be continuing to provide rehab and ensure Syd's recovery is on top form ready for the final game in August when GB take on Finals at home 🇫🇮
