Libra Creative Arts CIC Holistic and therapeutic well-being through alternative and complementary therapies, crafts & arts.

Libra creative arts is a community interest company set up in February 2020, as a result of the increasing professional and public awareness of the need to find alternative community interventions to managing our health, self care and well-being, in particular our mental well-being when we are struggling with managing high levels of anxiety, low moods, stress, poor self-esteem and for some loss of

cultural, personal and community identity. Over the last ten years alternative and complimentary therapies have become increasingly popular and proven, and have provided opportunities for individuals seeking access to alternative interventions that can support them to find better ways of coping with daily demands and stresses of living in our multitasking world. Access to alternative holistic therapies is governed by their financial status, thus limiting those who can afford to access and experience complementary therapies. Libra Creative Arts believes that all should be given access to improve their mental well-being, as this will directly benefit not only the individual but their families, relationships and their wider communities. Libra creative Arts is able to work holistically in a variety of settings and is able to tailor programmes based on individuals or organisational needs. Libra Creative Arts staff team are accredited practitioners
