Becoming a Mom is a beautiful journey, but let’s not pretend that it can’t sometimes be overwhelming.

Your identity shifts and it can seem like the person you were before is from another lifetime. You’re having to adapt, change and grow in ways you hadn’t even considered.

Maybe you’ve slowed down from a career that you gave so much of yourself to or the dynamics of your friendship groups are changing.  We often lose ourselves in the beautiful chaos that is Motherhood. It can feel like you’re doing all the things but at the same time not much at all.

This Mother’s Day, I want to remind you that YOU are everything. With every cuddle, laugh, moment of patience and in all the care you take for your baby that’s yet to come, you are shaping the world.

Pregnant?🤰 Read this lovely birth experience

Lydia and her partner, Liam, booked a one-on-one refresher session to prepare for the arrival of their baby boy. Having previously experienced the benefits of hypnobirthing with their first child, they were eager to have hypnobirthing be a part of their experience again.

During the session we were also joined by Lydia's mom. They all asked lots of questions. I knew that Lydia would be well supported as both Liam and Mom were so keen to do all they could to understand the techniques and support Lydia during the birth of her baby boy.

Throughout our session, Lydia embraced the calming power of the breath, while Liam was very calm during the guided relaxation session techniques 😉💤. Their dedication to understanding and supporting each other was truly heart warming.

I held the 1:1 with Lydia on a Sunday ready for her scheduled induction on the Monday, but baby had other plans in mind 😊❤️

Thank you, Lydia, Liam, and Mom, for allowing me to be part of this special time in your lives. Congratulations once again! 🎉

Hey! Well, it’s definitely been a minute.

Why have I uploaded a picture of myself with a pumpkin when we are virtually in spring?

Well, that’s because that’s the last picture I’ve taken of myself. Those who know, know. Mom life.
What have I been up to?

There’s been lots of changes and shifting that I’ve been adjusting to, including a new role at work. Alongside that, I’ve been navigating a whole new journey as a home educating parent, its’s been challenging to say the least (in the best way, but still challenging 😅)
It’s been a lot of balancing, but I haven’t lost my passion for supporting families as they prepare for birth. 💫
I’m SO ready to dive back in and get back to doing what I love! Stay tuned for more soon. 🙌
