Wow… what a day 🥹💖
I honestly don’t even have the words (but I’ll try).

Today was one of the most powerful, emotional, beautiful retreats we’ve ever had. We went deeper than ever before. So much was released. So much healing happened. We cried, we laughed, we shook, we breathed, and we felt every part of our soul start to come back home.

I just want to say the biggest thank you from my heart to everyone who came today — your energy, your trust, your presence… it means the world to me.
You were all so brave and beautiful.

To Joanna and Kerry — thank you for the incredible energy healing, for holding the space so deeply, and for the drumming that touched everyone’s soul.
To Kerry again — your sound bath was next level. Everyone felt it through every cell.

To Lizzie — thank you for the most delicious, nourishing salad.
And to Mimi (Lizzie’s daughter) — thank you so much for the surprise birthday cake 🎂🥹 I honestly didn’t expect it and it was such a special moment for me. I’ll never forget it.

I’m a bit tired now, we all are 😅 but it’s that good tired — the kind that comes after real, deep, life-changing healing.
