The only thing I like about autumn is the colour change of the plants/trees. Just look at the colours of the grape vine. The grapes this year grew beautifully.

Todays meals all sorted.
Comforting breakfast bake including 2 aldi lean sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans and an egg topped with 45g mature cheddar cheese, baked until the cheese and beans were bubbling 🤤🤤
Lunch is left over curry and rice.

Been awake since 4.45am and obviously food crosses my mind which is where i came up with the idea of my pie. I love the filling of a cornish pasty (dont like pastry 🤢) so I made the filling topped with potatoes so its

"Exactly 12 months ago today I walked through the doors of Elaine's 5.30pm session.

It wasn’t my first, second or even third time doing Slimming World 🌍 Infact it was my fourth & some of you may ask why .. .. ..
It wasn’t because I'd never lost weight in my previous years of doing Slimming World, infact i had always lost weight whether it was just to love myself again, losing for a holiday or even for my wedding back in 2022 💒 but as I’m sure most of you can all relate those events come and go and you slowly but surely fall off plan and back into old habits 😔 next minute you can no longer fit into your new clothes that you once did. You feel defeated & instead of turning up to group, staying for class, you just STOP and then before you know it you’ve not only put on the weight you have lost but more 🤦🏻‍♀️ Well this is my story, this time, this time I walked though the doors as a MOM, a mom of a 12 week old little baby boy 💙 I didn’t want to be that mom that couldn’t join in on her sons sports day 🏏 or that mom that couldn’t play a little football in the back garden ⚽️ I didn’t want to be that mom where her son didn’t know what eating healthy looked 👀 like 🍎 I want to be the best version of me, I want to show him every city 🏙️ every country 🏔️ possible.
I want to be there, present, joining in & not in the background, cheering him on off the side lines, I want to be running next to him, showing him how proud I am of him 👏
