What a fab quote! This is a conversation I have time and time (and time and time and time) again. And that 'work' is ongoing, constant hard work and masking. It takes its toll mentally and physically and is one of the many reasons we encourage our children to understand themselves and be themselves. It is crucially important ❤️

It's been a good start to 2024!

You might have noticed that Paul and I went suspiciously quiet in the lead up to Christmas - unfortunately the bugs struck! Even Paul fell victim! 🤢💚
