‼️Manual Lymphatic drainage massage ‼️
is a gentle, rhythmic massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluid in the body, aiding in the removal of waste and toxins. It's a specialized type of massage that can be used to treat lymphedema, a condition where lymph fluid builds up and causes swelling. It can also be used to promote relaxation, healing, and to reduce fluid retention and swelling.

MLD helps to do the following:

✅️ Removal of metabolic waste
✅️ Excess water
✅️ Toxins
✅️ Bacteria
✅️ Large protein molecules
✅️ Foreign substances

It pushes these products from the tissues into the lymphatic vessels and the venous capillaries.

Due to the nature of how we live our lives today with diet, increased stress and not being hydrated enough this leads to a build up of toxins and waste in our system due to anaerobic respiration.
