As well as our many front line care roles we also have a range of opportunities to join our growing central office team and local operational hubs. We have roles that support the recruitment, coordination, clinical oversight and management of each package of care that we deliver. There are also a range of roles to support our central office team, including clinical, quality, finance, recruitment, compliance and commercial roles. This Diabetes Week is all about shining a light on the important health checks that everyone with diabetes should be having, and why they matter so much.

Things like blood tests (HbA1c), blood pressure checks, kidney function tests, eye screenings, and foot checks might seem small, but they help catch problems early, before they turn into something more serious.

But the truth is, more than a third of people with diabetes arenโ€™t getting all these vital checks โ€” and there are lots of reasons why. Appointments can be hard to get, letters get missed, life gets busy, and sometimes people worry theyโ€™ll be judged.

No one should miss out on the care they deserve, so letโ€™s make sure everyone with diabetes gets the right checks, at the right time.
