18 Years and still going strong

Well what an amazing journey I have had over the last 18 years at Skin and Tonic.

I recently found my first treatment menu and designs for the salon name and logo, it opened up some amazing memories that made me laugh a lot. I have such a fabulous loyal clientele who have supported my small beauty salon business before it was even created. The relationship you build up with your clientele is built on trust and understanding what they need from their visit to your establishment. You never get complacent and always make every visit to the salon the best experience possible. My team over the years have come and gone and each and every one of them I have learnt so much about being a better boss and understanding how to constantly improve the salons training and expectations from the staff to the clients. My targets for the future are to always be one step ahead so my customers know they are always getting the best treatments and products on the market without having to visit a Spa or City salon. We are a hidden gem situated in Tettenhall Wood that our clients come to escape from the daily stress of work and family life.
