Weekly classes:
Tuesdayโs 9.30-10.30am class is an energising and strong flow class. Donโt worry if youโre new to yoga, I always give options for beginners but I keep up the pace for more the experienced. Thursday evenings is my new 8-9pm yin and yang de-stress class (see flyer). It combines the best of both flow and Yin yoga. We will start with a faster flow. This is then followed by a nurturing, stretchy Yin wind down. Perfect 'me time' after a crazy day at work or home schooling. ยฃ7 a class , DM me for zoom link/more details.
