The many benefits of yoga are well known, so as the nights draw in, treat your body and mind to a gentle, relaxing class in the comfort of your own home. Tuesdays 6:00-7:00pm on Zoom. No driving out in the dark to a chilly room - lower the lights, get your blankets and snuggle in, with time for supper afterwards. I'll be teaching a special class next week to support my friend and fellow teacher, Julie's Dru Yoga. Julie is currently doing a modern day pilgrimage around West Wales, Julie's Community Peace Flame Walk. A walk guided by the light of the heart. . She is passionate about the earth and everything that lives on it, and is walking to nurseries who are part of the The National Botanic Garden of Wales Save our Pollinators assurance scheme. They grow plants without peat or synthetic insecticides, helping to reduce the decline in pollinators. If you'd like to help Julie to help our pollinators, please contact me. This gentle class is on Zoom on Tuesday 17th August, 6:00-7:00pm, and is £7.

I've been quiet on this page recently, due to the small matter of moving to Pembrokeshire from the Midlands. My personal yoga practice has kept me sane and grounded during this process, and the transformational power of Dru yoga I'm sure enabled me to make the move.

Our Story

Yoga for Calm began about 10 years ago after I qualified as a Dru yoga teacher. I love the calmness and peace that Dru yoga can bring, and found it incredibly beneficial in alleviating my anxiety and panic attacks. I now enjoy sharing the flowing movements, guided breathing and visualisations that are an integral part of Dru with my students to spread peace and calm out into the world. It works on body, mind and emotions to help you relax and improve your health and well-being. Suitable for everyone, whatever your age or fitness level.
