Basic Sleep Management Tips

Is your environment set for a good night sleep?

Declutter/tidy up if needed

Keep a sleep diary - record sleep for a week Use to see what may be impacting your sleep

Schedule a bedtime routine and stick to it Every day for two weeks then gradually reduce to Monday to Friday

If your not asleep 15 minutes after getting into bed get out and do something else - read, watch TV, listen to relaxing music

No phones, tablets or video games at least an hour before bed - beds for sleeping

Avoid caffeine after 5pm

No lie-ins or daytime naps
