Over this time, generous Slimming World members, Consultants and staff have helped to raise more than £20m to support the cause and fund essential life-saving research 🔬. We’re so proud of the work we do together.

Hands up if you've over indulged over the last few days 🙋🏼‍♀️ Me!
I have enjoyed every single bite 🥪and sip 🥃!
I had a lovely time with the people I love most and I feel absolutely no guilt about the choices I made as far as food and drink go.

But there is no denying that all that very rich, high calorie, high sugar, high fat, high salt (high everything!) food and drink takes it's toll so I'm ready to get back on track! 🤩

The brilliant thing with Slimming World's Food Optimising plan I know I can do just that without feeling hungry and without feeling deprived...just by getting back to eating every day, healthy foods I know I can feel healthier and happier in no time at all!

If you feel the same as me and would love to come and join a group where there is no judgement, no shame and no guilt...where we're all in the same boat...then come and see us in our warm and friendly groups.
We are at the village hall Wombourne for both groups this week. Monday 30th December 4.00, 5.30 and 7.00 and Tuesday 9.30 and 11.00.
