So proud of my Essington members. Fallings Park, I can’t wait to celebrate your wins too.

✨ What an incredible week in group ✨

I’m bursting with pride for our amazing members.
This week we’ve celebrated:

🏆 Two members hitting their DREAM Target weight
– with total losses of 6st 11.5lb and 3st 4lb. Truly life‑changing achievements.

🌟 Two fabulous members earning their ½ stone award
– all within their first two weeks. What a flying start.

💥 And a brilliant 1½ stone award achieved in just 9 weeks. Talk about determination.

Every one of these achievements shows what’s possible with support, belief and a plan that really works.

I stopped sharing my progress for a little while because, truth be told, things had started going the wrong way again. It happens, and I’m only human — but after a good chat with my consultant and a much‑needed head wobble, I’m feeling more focused and back on track.

Looking at January and February together, I can see the ups, the downs, and the effort behind every single week. Even though I’m still 4.5lb behind where I wanted to be, I’m choosing to see the bigger picture: I’ve turned things around, I’m moving in the right direction again, and I will claw that back over the next few weeks.

Progress isn’t perfect — but it’s still progress. And I’m proud of myself for not giving up. 💛

🌟 Katie’s Incredible Transformation! 🌟

Katie Feeney, 35, has achieved something truly life-changing – she’s lost 6 stone 0.5 lbs and is no longer in the super morbidly obese category! Her BMI has dropped from 43 to 29, and the difference is incredible.

✅ What’s changed for Katie?
• She can run around with her boys at the park.
• Confidently takes them swimming without hiding under a t-shirt.
• Enjoys theme park rides she once couldn’t fit on.
• Loves buying clothes and boots that make her feel fabulous!
• Her joint pain and posture have improved massively.

Katie started her journey after a holiday where she couldn’t fit on fair rides. She promised her boys that next year would be different – and she kept that promise! On her next holiday, she proudly enjoyed the rides with her boys (even if they were sick on the waltzers!).

🌟 Dani’s Slimming World Journey – From New Mum to Target! 🌟

“I joined Slimming World for the first time in August 2016 after having my eldest daughter. I was the biggest I’d ever been and knew I had to do something so I could enjoy life with my little family without being out of breath or lacking energy because of my weight.

By May 2017, I had lost 4½ stone and reached Target! 🎯

I’ve never looked back since. The Slimming World plan is just amazing!

I thrive on the certificates and shiny stickers 😜 – they push me to my next milestone. I love the support from our members and my consultant. Everyone is on their own fantastic weight loss journey, and we’re doing it together ❤️
