⬇️⬇️⬇️
You’ve all heard the story😴about your posture causing your pain and then conveniently, the person telling you also has a brand new ‘posture correcting’🛍️device that will “fix” your posture and your pain will be gone!🙄
Sounds great, but unfortunately, it’s a fairytale🧚
There’s a lot of BS💩all over socials but be sceptical🤨about who you listen to and who you take advice from! They should AT LEAST provide you with a sourceℹ️of where they are getting their information from, and if they’re not, think twice!2️⃣
If you want honest and evidence-based information - you’re in the right place.📍
If you need help managing your pain, then get in touch to get back on track!⬇️
