Hi Ladies... Bootcamp will be open from Monday evening, but unsupervised.... Meaning you will bramble to come and do the same session as last week, but without me there to support and motivate you

ok... lets get back on track...... SHIMMY SLIMMERS is comming back :)
I've had soooooooooooo many of you asking for Shimmy SLimmers to come back, because of the amazing results you was achieving and the advice I was giving.... sooooo within the next few weeks, look out because IM BACK lol.

I'm on day 5 of my SHIMMY SLIMMERS after being on holiday and have lost 4.5lbs whoooooo

DINNERS: 1 Cooked Chicken dinners, 1 jackets and salad/veg 1 pasta 1 mixed grill, 1 beef caseroll, 1 chicken curry.
Lunch: ham salad, mexican wrap, pasta salad, tuna salad, ryviat and dairy lea, beans on toast
BREAKFAST: Porridge, weetabix, special K, Albran, Toast, porridge
SNACKS: Yoghurts, Apples, Bananas, Oranges, Crakers, Dairly Lea
NOW... GO AND ONLY BUY ONLY THE FOOD THAT YOU'VE LISTED...AVOID ANYTHINK ELSE.. IF YOU DONT BUY IT YOU CANT EAT IT ###

PLAN & PREPARE... your on a roll... before you reach for nearest thing, have a quick look, have you got any pasta??? rice??? tinned Tuna? Beetroot? Sweet Corn? Soup? Ryvita Crakers with Dairly Lea.... Apple, Organe, Big glass of water
