JOB TITLE: Domiciliary Care Manager
JOB LOCATION: Wolverhampton (Services Wolverhampton and Birmingham area)
START DATE: ASAP
END DATE: Permanent
HOURS: Full-Time | 37.5hrs
SALARY: £30,000 to £37,000 per annum
JOB SUMMARY:
The Flame Lily Complex Care is looking for an extraordinary manager with a commitment to high-quality support and focuses on personalisation to join the team. You will be an experienced and capable Manager with multi-site experience and the ambition to make a real difference to your customers, your staff, and the business that you will be managing.
You must have a good understanding of Domiciliary CQC regulations and know how to implement them.
You must have at least 2 years of management experience with a proven history of delivering excellent results.
You could be a Band 5 Qualified Nurse to apply for this role.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must have NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
Must be knowledgeable to use Care Planner or Care Beans systems or other similar for managing rotas and runs.
Proven skills in managing resources
A good understanding of the National Health and Social Care agenda particularly as it relates to adults with learning disabilities, mental health, and autism
Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and national guidelines and how they relate to the provision of residential support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health, and autism
Excellent understanding of the needs of people who require care and support at home and the provision of home care services in line with best practice
Excellent understanding of the principles of high quality person-centered care and support and non-discriminatory care practice Good understanding of the regulatory responsibilities of a Registered Manager and the law relating to domiciliary care services.
Understanding of systems to maintain confidentiality in relation to customers, staff, and the business
Knowledge of health and safety matters in relation to homecare services and risk management
Knowledge of how to recognise abuse and safeguarding procedures
An ability to recruit, manage and inspire staff, as well as resolve staffing issues and introduce effective solutions
Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills and ability to communicate with people of all levels and abilities.
Ability to manage time effectively and work to agreed goals and deadlines.
Ability to work creatively in the provision of person-centred services.
Proven skills in reviewing, monitoring, and implementing new working practices.
In addition, you'll possess a current driving license with the ability to travel independently as required and be able to work flexibly to respond to the needs of the service and partake in on call to provide emergency support including evenings and weekends.
