We are going green! 🌱

The environment around us is not only our home but everything that keeps us alive. From the food we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe, our shelter, and more, it helps us to survive

Therefore, caring for the environment is something that should be inherent in us and as a company we are taking proactive action

We are planting trees and reducing carbon everyday whilst delivering care services to our wonderful clients, not only making a difference to their lives but also our world

We are piloting many new green projects right now that will only serve to further our impact on the world

We really are making a difference while making a difference!

Keep up to date with the tonnes of carbon we have saved and the number of trees we have in our forest by clicking the link below

CQC Update!

Our head office at Wolverhampton has recently been reviewed by CQC against our previous rating of "Good" overall and across all five categories (safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led) and we are pleased to say we have retained our ratings despite a very difficult few years for our industry as a whole.

Also our Birmingham office has been rated for the first time by CQC and our Birmingham team have also achieved a "Good" rating for each of the five categories and overall.

After reviewing statistics by CQC, the number of companies obtaining a "Good" or higher overall has dropped considerably, making these achievements even greater.

We have to thank our superb staff who continue to do the very best for our clients and this is again recognised by our regulatory body! 😊

We are a UK home care provider, providing care at our client's own homes where they are happiest.

Social Care Day of Remembrance and Reflection is taking place today. This is an opportunity for us all to recognise and pay tribute to those who have worked, and continue to work, so tirelessly by caring for those who need it most. It is also a day when we pause to remember those colleagues that have sadly lost their lives to Covid-19 during the pandemic; with an estimated 922 social care workers nationally having lost their lives to the virus between March 2020 and May 2021.

Working in social care is challenging but equally rewarding. The pandemic made it more so. However, it also shone a bright light on the work that all those providing care for others continued to provide, despite the trials and tribulations of the past two years. There are so many stories of dedication, compassion and bravery. To our staff you were not just professional carers during this time, you were family, you were mental health supporters, you were brave and resilient, all at what was a difficult and frightening time for us all.

This makes this Social Care Day of Remembrance and Reflection more poignant. We would like to offer heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all of you who have done so much for the vulnerable people in community. Without your endeavours, this could not have been achieved.

We are a UK home care provider, providing care at our client's own homes where they are happiest.
