World aids day 2022.


Here at Stepping Stones Therapy Services our counsellors are trained with Terence Higgins Trust to deliver therapy to anyone affected by HIV and AIDS. We offer a non judgmental safe space to all of our clients, regardless of the issues they may be struggling with.

As the Christmas season starts, true feelings can be masked to help get through the supposedly most wonderful time of year.
However, depression, anxiety, trauma and addictions do not take time off for the holidays.
