Learn to love yourself in LESS than 7 days 🥰. Here’s a quick activity for you to try to help you be kinder to yourself. 💖 
 
It may feel uncomfortable and icky, but stick with it because it is so powerful. ✨ 
📝 First, write your name in the middle of a piece of paper with a bubble around it. Then, in a spider diagram format, list all the things you like about yourself. Keep going until you have found at least 10 things ✨
✅ When you have found 10… You have to find 10 more
✅ Then when you have found 10 more…. You then have to find another 10 (The power of 3 or 30 in this case)
Put the spider diagram somewhere you can see it easily every day. It might be in front of the mirror, in the bathroom where you brush your teeth, by the kettle or somewhere that you go to everyday 👀
👉 Each day mentally read over it as the will search for evidence to who you really are.
When you hear your inner critic, or catch yourself having negative thoughts, go and look at that piece of paper because your neural pathways will search for more evidence to provide you with prove that the positive things you have written down are true 🥰
👉Do this for at least 7 days (or longer if you can). You will slowly start to rewire your mind for positive self-talk over negative self-talk, and believe me, that can be life-changing! 🌟

LET ME REMIND YOU..
1 . You woke up today. Be thankful:
2 . Your kindness can change a life.
3 . Your thoughts are not real.
4 . Progress, not perfection.
5 . You are enough.
6 . Feed your mind with positivity.
7 . You can do ANYTHING.
8 . Good energy is magnetic.
9 . Healing takes time.
10. Your smile is contagious.

Remember that even if you are going through a difficult period of your life right now that there are some positives, it may not seem it at the time but save this list and re-read it as many times as you have to to prove otherwise!

I LOVE THIS ANALOGY:
You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.
Why did you spill the coffee?
“Because someone bumped into me!!!”
Wrong answer.
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It’s easy to fake it, until you get rattled.
So we have to ask ourselves... “what’s in my cup?”
When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratitude, peace and humility?
Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting tendencies?
Life provids the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.
Today let’s work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affrmation, resilience, positivity; and kindness, gentleness and love for others.
