I'm Lee-Ann and I have been teaching yoga for the last 12 years. I’m incredibly passionate about the benefits of practicing yoga on a regular basis. My classes are suitable for everyone as you go at your pace with no pressure to do more than you want to. I love the buzz of a busy class and encourage a strong social element.

I’m back ! After 4 glorious weeks off, yoga started back today for a brand new 8 week course. So nice to be back at Worfield Village hall which has a new shinny floor.
Class times are the same.
Monday and Wednesday 930am and 7pm
Thursday 930am (gentle).
All classes 75 minutes long including savasana.
