Hi everyone, just a gentle reminder to my clients that I’ll be breaking up on Friday 1st August until 11th September and my practice will be closed for appointments. Please do be intouch before then if I can support you in any way as I appreciate the break means longer between your appointments. When I’m back in September I will be opening my diary for October through to the end of the year for my existing clients. I’m currently not able to take on any new clients and will review this in Autumn. September has already started to fill up and I only have a few appointments remaining so please keep this in mind when thinking about September appointments. Please note all bookings require a part payment to confirm and secure them. I’ll be checking my emails periodically whilst I’m taking a break but will be here until 1st August to answer any queries or offer guidance to support you between sessions. Thank you so much to all my lovely clients who have been telling me how much they value their sessions and our time together, I appreciate you all. ~ My last monthly today Saturday before September and I just wanted to say thank you to all the lovely souls who have visited me today and each monthly Saturday throughout the year. I will be releasing my Saturday dates for October through to December when I’m back open in September. September Saturday is already fully booked, I have a cancellation list if any slots do become free. I’ve not taken this length of time off for myself before and it still feels strange I’m doing that but I also know it’s needed. When we hold space for others we have to balance that with receiving ourselves and this is something I’ve learnt over the years and working with people. And I’ve learnt it the hard way as with most lessons in life, they keep appearing until we heal them. Our circle must contain ourselves because we are worthy of Love, support and receiving, that is so important ☯️ I’m sending you so much love and gentleness and wishing you a peaceful weekend, Omie 🤍 ~

I was told by a dear friend that I have a special gift of being able to hold space for people. To offer my presence and really listen to what is being communicated to me. This has come partly, I believe, from my natural personality and disposition but also from years of working with people. It is often what is not spoken that tells us the most and our capacity to open has a lot to do with how safe we feel with someone but more importantly within ourselves 🤍 I am eternally grateful for this ability because without it I don’t think people would keep returning time and time again to work with me and for that I am truly humbled.
