Every Tuesday, we ask one brother to bring another even if it’s just to eat, break bread, and sit with us.

No pressure. No judgement. Just men showing up for each other.

We welcome all men into our space and encourage you to tell a friend, bring a friend, or be the friend someone needs.

This is our 4th nomination this year and our 3rd time reaching the finals – a true testament to the power of community and the importance of our message.

Mental health is still surrounded by stigma, but we are proud to stand up, speak out, and keep challenging those barriers.

Allyship isn’t just a label, it’s a consistent set of actions and choices that support equity, inclusion, and justice, especially when it’s inconvenient, uncomfortable, or unnoticed.

Lenny Henry’s words are a reminder that performative allyship — saying the right things without doing the hard things — isn’t enough. True allyship means

•   Listening deeply to those who experience injustice firsthand

•   Using privilege (where it exists) to challenge systems of exclusion

•   Standing up even when it’s uncomfortable — especially when no one else is

•   Being accountable and open to learning and unlearning
