I developed a fear and dread of driving for a number of reasons but was desperate to overcome it. From my first session with Julie I felt an inner calm and boost in general self confidence and over the next few sessions my fear was explored and addressed in depth. I'm now much more confident in general day to day activities and driving short distances regularly again. Would definitely recommend and so pleased I did these sessions!
