Supporting Families After Baby Loss – Healing Minds and Hearts CIC

Healing Minds and Hearts CIC is raising funds to support families who have experienced the devastating loss of a baby. Baby loss can leave parents and families feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and unsupported, and our mission is to create safe, compassionate spaces where healing, understanding, and connection can begin.

The money raised will help us to:

Deliver future support events and workshops for bereaved families

Create and print marketing and awareness materials to reach those who need support

Cover essential costs such as venue-related needs and materials (ASI) to ensure these services remain accessible

Every donation, no matter how small, helps us continue this vital work and ensures that families facing baby loss know they are not alone.

Inner peace isn’t something we find when life finally calms down.
It’s something we build—slowly, gently, often in the middle of chaos.

Inner peace looks like:
• letting yourself rest without guilt
• choosing softness over survival
• breathing through emotions instead of pushing them away
• realising you don’t have to “be strong” all the time

If you’re grieving, healing, exhausted, or just quietly holding a lot…
please know this: nothing is wrong with you.

Your nervous system might simply be asking for safety.
Your heart might just want to be heard.
And that is more than okay 🤍

This weekend, give yourself permission to slow down.
To feel what you feel.
To choose peace over pressure—just for today.

I’m working hard behind the scenes and now I’m at that stage where I have to prove that there is a need for my services!

If you are someone who experienced any type of trauma before/during/after birth and you felt that you didn’t receive the support you needed then please comment below!

It can be not feeling listen to, felt dismissed or ignored your wishes. It could be an emergency C-section, postpartum depression etc.

This is not about blaming others but to heal ourselves!

When was the last time it felt SAFE to be you?

Not the version of you who’s strong for everyone else.
Not the one who smiles through the ache.
Not the one who keeps it all together because falling apart feels like a luxury you can’t afford.

I mean you.
The real you.
The soft you.
The tired you.
The you who still hopes.
The you who just wants to exhale and finally feel… safe.

So many of us grow up learning that safety depends on others—
their approval, their love, their tone of voice, their mood.
We shrink ourselves. We silence our truth.
We walk on eggshells in relationships, workplaces, even in our own minds.

But here is the truth no one told you:

✨ You deserve to feel safe in your own body.
✨ You deserve to feel safe with your own emotions.
✨ You deserve to feel safe being fully, unapologetically YOU.

Maybe it’s been years.
Maybe you can’t even remember the last time.
