With over 12 years of training experience and 8 years proudly working with PureGym, I bring a wealth of knowledge and energy to every session. My coaching style focuses on functional fitness and high-intensity training (HIIT), helping clients move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free.
Specialising in Boxing and TRX training, I also have a strong background in public service fitness preparation, ideal for those aiming to pass physical entry tests or build tactical strength and endurance.
Whether you’re just starting out or levelling up your training, I’ll tailor each session to your goals, mindset, and fitness level.
