Hey lovely ladies 💕

As we draw close to our traditional year end, I wanted to share a few thoughts with you.

Firstly, thank you with all of my heart for the support you have given me and each other over this last year. It’s wonderful to be part of such an amazing little community of likeminded, caring, kind, strong women 💕

Secondly, I hope you’ve had an amazing Christmas period ✨ and that you are able to find a few moments in the last couple of days of the year to reflect on what has bought you joy and fun this year 💖

And finally, looking ahead to 2026 …

My heart is guiding me to start slowly this January and build up gradually over the first 3 months of the year.

So with this in mind …

January will be about Restoring our bodies, minds and nervous system to a balanced state after the cortisol fuelled craziness of December 😵‍💫 I feel that we need this gradual transition back into movement and mindfulness more than ever right now! (A perfect time to join our lovely group BTW! 💕)

February will be all about Resetting our bodies - think good foundations, form and technique (you know this doesn’t mean easy 🤭 btw).

And March will be about Rising to the challenge, physically and mentally in readiness for the spring season ahead 🌼 so think progression, strength and endurance 🙌

So that leaves me to wish you all a very happy new year. May your heart sing with joy and your soul shine brighter than ever in 2026 💖
