Things to make me feel good on a damp October Tuesday morning! 1. Up at 6.30 and stretching mixed with pilates. 2. Weights and a walk. 3. Cold shower! Chilly but good for me and 4. Hydrate water all day about 3 litres. 5. Vitamins and minerals to keep me well. 6. Flowers gist from my 85 nearly 86 year old mum who looks amazing for her age and is amazing, so fit and healthy! So goodbye summer 2024! We’ve had a blast! Pottery fun in July, bathroom goals for a new project in January! September we got married!! Finally after 12 years we got married in September! And then hit the Italian Lakes and chilled! It’s been a blast and bring on 🍂 just need this rain ☔️ to stop! Hope you’ve had a great summer too, I love the seasons and can’t wait to share Autumn and Winter with you all! # summer2024

Finally I’m back from Japan and have time to get my fix! Loving the new book and the article. Thank you as always for all your wisdom, I am what I am at 56 because of you over the last 30 odd years !! So sad to have missed all the book signings, as I was travelling 🧳. What are your wellness plans and goals for 2024? Let me know yours, here are some of mine …
1. More intermittent fasting, moving from 12/13 hours to 16+plus hours
2. More good quality sleep, HRT has given me my sleep back but still only get around 6 good hours so aiming for 7-8 hours
3. Turn the dial on the shower to even colder this year. I can manage about 60 seconds on cold now at the end of each shower but 2024 I’m going colder! And may even invest in a .therapy pod! Watch this space
4. Keep up the pilates/yoga/weights and stretching routines 5 times a week
5. Keep skipping!! It was so easy when I was 8 ! But am getting quite good a couple of times a week, it sure makes that heart beat 😂
6. Water, I drink around 3 litres a day I love it!
7. Keep up the healthy protein rich way of eating I’ve developed this year
8. Spend more time with family and friends who make me laugh and smile
9. Keep walking I love it! It helps me decompress after a crazy day at work!
10. Meditation time and have some regular detox time from devices!! Too much phone and laptop and trams calls on 2023
