From tomorrow join Ali to start your day and move in all the right ways. Enjoy a full body practice suitable for all, designed to wake up the body and energise you for the day ahead.

Connecting movement and the breath, classes will include Sun Salutations, standing postures,
twists, core work, backbends and hip openers as well as moments of calm to re-balance and set up for your day.

Ali is an Iyengar trained Yoga instructor who’s passionate about helping people grow in their practice and feel the benefits of yoga in their everyday life. Her classes focus on posture, alignment and building a strong foundation, with plenty of support and encouragement along the way.
She aims to create an environment where you can move with awareness, build confidence and connect more deeply with your body and breath and simply love your practice

Connie is a certified Quantum Flow practitioner and board member of Yoga for Health Alliance - a Milton Keynes-based initiative offering inclusive, accessible yoga and other holistic practices to support community wellbeing.

Bianca is a dedicated yoga teacher with five years of practice and a 200-hour training.
Blending Western therapies with Eastern philosophies, she works with the mind, body, and soul to create a space for balance, inner peace, and self-discovery.

Jess’s Pilates class promises a lot of fun, the chance to learn new skills, and find muscles you never knew existed! However the sessions are also about balance, bringing a feeling of calm and relaxation at the same time.

Her class Saturday 18th January is FREE to try, and £10 per class following this.

Fitness is Jess’s passion and she loves to help people get into the best shape of their life. She was naturally drawn to start as a PT 3 years ago when she wanted to take her skills and knowledge to the next level, and then found Pilates. She describes herself as a bubbly trainer who has added her own touch to the Pilates way.

Emma holds a First Class Master’s degree in Chiropractic from McTimoney College of Chiropractic and brings over 18 years of experience as a fully qualified Pilates instructor. She is also accredited as a Low Back Pain Specialist, Pre & Post Natal instructor, and Exercise Referral consultant.
​Specialising in rehabilitation, Emma works closely with clients to help them restore movement, build strength, and achieve their personal goals. Her holistic approach is centred on promoting optimal function, enhancing well-being, and empowering individuals to live their healthiest lives.

Her classes offer a balanced blend of movement and mindfulness. Expect to explore a variety of asanas, cultivate mindful breathwork, and experience deep relaxation.

Gabi is a certified yoga teacher with 200 hours of training under senior teacher Bridget Wood Kramer. She has also completed training in Yin Yoga with Norman Blair, Reiki, Sound Healing, and Children’s Yoga, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her classes.
