I have an emperor-sized bed (7ft x 7ft) and I’m struggling to find an all-in-one quilt and cover that fits properly. Does anyone know where I can get one or have any recommendations for custom sizes? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Christmas is only 15 weeks away, and for families living in poverty, it can be a time of stress rather than celebration. Many are relying on food banks just to get by. To help make a difference, we're hosting the **Unity Fun Fest Day** on **September 22nd** at the **Woodland Manor Hotel, MK41 6EP**!

Join us for a fantastic day filled with activities for all ages, including a kids' field packed with fun, live music all day, unique stalls, relaxing treatments, engaging workshops, and delicious food. All profits from the event will go directly to the MK and Bedford Food Banks, supporting local families in need.

Let’s come together, have fun, and make sure no family goes hungry this Christmas!

What an Amazing cause . Well done !! X

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS 🙋‍♀️ 🙏

In collaboration with my good friend Zane at Golden Gardens, and with the support of subscribers across multiple platforms, we have raised £10,000 and have reached out to Milton Keynes General Hospital offering to renovate the garden of their children's ward.

We have spent a great deal of time in this garden with our son Tristan, and this project means a great deal to all of us. Especially given that limited NHS funding has left this open space in a state of prolonged disrepair.

There has been a lot of beurocratic red tape and vetting by the NHS to get to this stage, and we are very proud to have been accepted to do this job. One that we wrap a great deal of pride around, and will pour a lot of love into.

We have the designs ready, and the go-date should be around the corner...but we need your help.

We need capable and able volunteers willing to commit some time over a few days to help clear the space ready for the landscaping company to move in and do their job. Something that would normally be simple and that the landscapers would usually do themselves, but because access to the area isn't simple, and sensitive areas of the hospital need to be traversed to move earth and material in-and-out of the space, a job that would usually only take a few, will actually take many, many trips. An amount of labour that would otherwise drive labour costs well above an already tight budget. Especially for such a big job.

If you live in the Milton Keynes area and would like to support us in this effort, then please let us know and we will communicate dates as and when the project gets the green light. The expectation is that this will mainly consist of wheelbarrow work and everyone from the Salt Shack team will be working alongside you.
